Complexity fees / tax

Paypal only
A 4% fee will be appliedCharacter complexity fee: $30 max. May apply to characters with significant and difficult patterns, unique anatomy, or large quantity of horns, spikes, scales, plates, etc.Extra characters are an extra 100% of the base price.
